Welcome to the
Fit and Healthy
30-Day Jump Start Program!
I am so excited!
This means you’ve decided to put yourself at the top of your list of priorities to focus on YOU!
That’s fantastic!
If you’re like most people, you want to live a healthier life and you want to feel your best, but let’s face it;
we’re all busy and it can be a bit confusing.
The goods news is that it doesn’t have to be complicated or overwhelming to start implementing healthier habits right away.
During this Jump Start program, I’ll be sharing some of what I’ve learned, both from my personal journey
as well as from my education, experience and mentors in the field of health, fitness and nutrition.
It’s important to understand that real change doesn’t happen over night, even though we really want it to!
Change is what happens when we decide we no longer want to settle for how we feel or look and we are truly ready
to make a lifestyle shift (no crazy diets, pills, potions or ‘tricks’).
The bottom line is, you have to DECIDE –
not half heartedly, but with all your being, decide that you will start today and make yourself a priority.
Decide that your comfort zone is no longer serving you and you’re ready to step out and find the old you…
or maybe even the NEW you!
So where is the best place to begin?
The answer is that it can be different for every person because we are all unique,
but there are some basic strategies that are important to have in place as a good start.
There are many areas that can be addressed, but I’ve picked FOUR to focus on for our 30-Days together.
These are the top areas most of my clients struggle with, so I’m starting there.
Please know that the information provided is not a substitute for medical care or advice and you need to use your own judgment for implementing what is right for you and your particular needs. Check with your doctor before making any dietary changes or implementing physical activity you are not certain is right for you.
I’m laying out four simple steps you can take: one simple step each week for four weeks,
that can have a dramatic impact on how you feel as well as help to move you in the direction
of reaching your health and fitness goals.
First, be sure to join our private Facebook group, because that’s where most of the action and support is going be happen.
It’s a closed group, so no one outside of the group can see your posts; only those in the group can see them.
The Facebook group will go live on September 30th, so watch for the invitation.
Don’t underestimate the power of small, consistent changes over time.
Nothing drastic ever works for very long. I don’t know about you, but I’ve been there, done that! You too?
Next, take some time to think about what it is that you want for yourself and for your life.
Write down some goals you have for yourself – think BIG!
It’s great to think about how you want to look and feel now,
but it’s also important to think towards the future and how your decisions today influence your future self.
How do you want to feel and how do you want to look?
This isn’t about the number on the scale; it’s about how active you want to be,
how great you want to feel and what you want to accomplish.
Finally, do you want extra support? Invite a friend or two.
It’s great to have someone you can turn to and lean on that has similar goals.
It can also be more motivating and help you stay on track better.
Can you think of someone that might appreciate the support from you too?
Invite them to do the program with us!
You can send them to this link so they can sign up.
The 30-Day Jump Start program starts on October 1st so be sure to mark your calendar.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Much health and happiness,
